Vision Smart Center Products Return Policy
Attention: Below return policies only apply to customers who purchase directly from Vision Smart Center.
– Customer must notify Vision Smart Center in writing within 10 business days from the day you received the item of any defects in material, workmanship, quality and quantity of your order.
– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
– All return for refund is subject to a 18% restocking fee per item.
– Customer is responsible for shipping charges on the returns.
Terms of service
USA domestic customers:
– If the shipping fee was waived for your purchase, you will be charged for the cost of shipping of the original purchase that were waived and shall be deducted from the refund.
– In general, USPS (United State Postal Service) is our preferred carrier. However, the shipping company could be changed at our sole discretion depending on the delivery address.
– All packages will require a signature from the recipient at the time of delivery.
– A standard flat rate of $9 shipping & handling for most states within USA (Including Hawaii, Alaska).
– Generally, packages will be delivered within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase.
*** It may take longer for packages to arrive during holiday seasons. If your package has not arrived within 10 business day, please contact Vision Smart Center for further assistance.
Overseas Customers
– In general, USPS (United State Postal Service) is our preferred carrier. However, the shipping company could be changed at our sole discretion depending on the delivery address.
– International flat rate of $39 shipping & handling applies for most countries.
– Generally, packages will arrive within 10 business days.
***Due to the complex import and export regulations in different countries, packages may take more than 10 business days to arrive. If your package has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact Vision Smart Center for further assistance.
Customs Duty Information
For customers who make the purchase outside of the continental United States, your order is considered a personal importation, which is subject to your country’s local duty and consumption tax. We recommend customers to be familiar with their country’s import regulation before placing any order with us.
Personal Importation
As a general rule, a direct purchase of foreign goods from overseas mail order companies, retailers, or manufactures by an individual for the purpose of personal use will be considered for purposes of customs regulations, as personal importation. However, this definition of “personal importation” may differ from state to state and country to country. It is important that you acquaint yourself with the importation laws of your country of state or consult a legal professional for assistance.
About customs duty and consumption tax
You may be subject to pay any inbound duties and taxes which your local customs authority deems appropriate. You are required to remit any duties and taxes due when you sign for the package. In some cases, customs will send you a duties and taxes payment notice prior to release your package. If you refuse to remit payment, package is subject to return to the sender.

* All products are solely for the purpose of personal use, you shall not, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the service in any way.
* For customers with high blood pressure/ heart conditions/ pregnancy/ medications/ allergies or currently receiving medical treatment, please consult with your physician before consuming our products.
* Vision Smart Center has the important responsibility of protecting the sensitive personal date provided by our customers. All personal data will not be shared with any other companies other than VSC affiliated companies or as required by law.
